Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Upkeep of presses and CNC and cold forging equipment.

2. SPM machine maintenance (assembly & grinding)

3. Upkeep of multi spindle apparatus (Wickman & Davenport)

4. Root cause analysis and mechanical and electrical fault solutions

5. Participation in TPM, Safety, JH, 5S, Kaizen, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

6. Activities relating to EMS, QMS, and IATF 16949.

7. Utility maintenance

8. Ensuring machine uptime, managing spare parts, and scheduling predictive and preventative maintenance.

9. Creating a road map and seeing to it that it is followed in order to reduce the breakdown trend.

10. Root cause analysis and shift handling.

11. Need to be able to solve mechanical and electrical problems.

12. Daily work management, spares posting, SAP PR, RGP, and NRGP
