At the core of our charge entry operations as a Revenue Capture Specialist, you will convert patient service data into billable costs. You will play a crucial role in our clients' operational effectiveness and financial stability as a team member.
Responsibility:
Provide the billing system with accurate patient demographic data, costs, and medical codes (CPT, ICD-10).
Check the completeness and accuracy of patient service data.
Keep abreast on updates and modifications to the code.
Find and report any inconsistencies or problems in the coding and billing.
Keep thorough and well-organised records of all charge entry operations.
