Commence Working as a VTL CNC Operator
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure VTLs in accordance with task standards, which include choosing and installing tooling (such as chucks and cutting tools), loading programs, and establishing work offsets.
VTL setup frequently calls very precise alignment and a lot of lifting.
Run VTLs to manufacture items, keeping an eye on the machining process (particularly for parts with a big diameter) and adjusting as necessary.
Examine and comprehend job instructions, drawings, and plans.
Given the unique difficulties of large workpieces, optimise cutting conditions and component quality by adjusting machine parameters as needed.
Clean, lubricate, and replace tools as part of regular VTL maintenance.

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th, or Above
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
Location: Chennai
