Responsibilities
Verify that the payment information is correct and comprehensive.
Ascertain that payments are posted precisely and on time in order to fulfil daily and monthly responsibilities.
Identify and correct any payment rejections, problems, or changes.
Manage patient payments that are sent via mail, received in person, or made online.
Answer enquiries regarding payments and reconcile patient accounts.
Qualification:
demonstrated expertise in posting payments or billing for medical services.
strong knowledge of payment processing and medical billing language.
outstanding typing and data entry abilities.
strong accuracy and attention to detail.
knowledge of medical billing systems and software.
the capacity to operate in a deadline-driven, fast-paced setting.
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
