Are you a proactive and responsible individual based in Chennai with experience in overseeing production activities and leading teams within a specific shift in a manufacturing environment?

Take command of the production activities during your designated shift as a Shift Incharge for our committed production team in Chennai. This will provide a safe working environment for your team, effective workflow, and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the activities of production operators, helpers, and other personnel during the assigned shift in Chennai.
Ensure that production targets and schedules are met effectively and efficiently during the shift.
Monitor production processes and identify and address any issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor equipment operation and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Perform regular quality checks and ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel.

Qualification:
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Tamil.
Strong problem-solving and basic decision-making abilities.

Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
