Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee and lead the whole QC division, which includes establishing performance goals, allocating resources as efficiently as possible, and cultivating a strong culture of quality first.
Oversee document control for all work instructions, documents, and processes pertaining to quality.
Use and supervise statistical process control (SPC) methods to keep an eye on the capability and stability of processes.
Encourage the application of efficient corrective and preventative measures (CAPA) to stop quality issues from happening again.
Make that the necessary Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies are carried out.
Skills
Hands-on experience with various inspection tools and metrology equipment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Tamil

Qualification: Any BE Graduation
