Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager Injection Moulding Maintenance to lead and oversee the maintenance activities of our Injection Moulding section.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the maintenance team for injection moulding machines, utilities, and auxiliaries.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime.
Coordinate with production and quality departments to resolve machine-related issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and IATF standards during all maintenance activities.
Guide and mentor junior engineers/technicians in maintenance best practices.
Requirements
Experience: 7 10 years in injection moulding machine maintenance, with at least 2 3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and utility equipment.
Exposure to automation, PLCs, and preventive maintenance systems preferred.
Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics.
