Job description :

We are seeking enthusiastic Diploma in Engineering Trainee (DET) freshers to join our manufacturing team as CNC Operators.

This role offers hands-on training and career growth in precision machining and production operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or grinding) under supervision.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
Perform basic machine setup, tool changes, and adjustments.
Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
Conduct routine checks and measurements using gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
Report deviations, machine issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering (DET).
Freshers or candidates with up to 5 year of experience in CNC operations.
Basic knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to shop-floor environment.
