Early Intervention Services, India is a new initiative taken by a group of Rehabilitation Professionals working and experienced in the core area of Developmental Disabilities.

As a child grows and develops, he/she learns different skills, such as, taking a first step, smiling for the first time, or waving goodbye. These skills are known as developmental milestones. There is normal variation around what age children will achieve a specific developmental milestone. If he/she doesn't attain or achieve specific developmental milestone age appropriately it leads to Developmental delay.
