Machine function and operating knowledge electronica wire cut
Wire cut machine basic preventive Maintenance
Monitoring Wire usage
Daily and weekly maintenance to be done.
Completing the job as per plan daily.
Job running as per data sheet
2d drawing reading and auto cad knowledge
Inspection the job before Removing Work offset Machining knowledge Wire guide and specification knowledge.
Wire cut speed and calculation knowledge.
Wire cut surface finish and number of pass for accuracy. Basic Programming knowledge.
Job Title : EDM Operator Wire cut
Experience : Min 1 to 2 years in wire cut operation
Qualification : Diploma in mechanical
Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
