Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of E&I technicians, ensuring efficient and safe execution of maintenance tasks.
Plan, schedule, and assign E&I maintenance work orders, both preventive and corrective.
Manage and maintain the inventory of spare parts, tools, and testing equipment for the E&I department.
Develop and implement safe work procedures and ensure adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.
Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Assist in the development and implementation of E&I maintenance strategies and best practices.

Qualification:
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards prevalent in India.
Excellent technical skills in the maintenance and troubleshooting of a wide range of electrical and instrumentation equipment (e.g., motors, drives, sensors, transmitters, PLCs, control valves).
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and instrumentation drawings and schematics.

Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
