Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of conducting a thorough analysis of outstanding accounts receivable, seeing patterns in rejections and underpayments, and creating tactical solutions to increase collection rates as an AR Analyst in Medical Billing, situated in Chennai. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities will be greatly improved by this position, which will also give you important insights into the complexities of revenue cycle management and expand your comprehension of payer laws and regulations unique to the Indian healthcare sector (where applicable). You will discover how to use data to improve processes and support our clients' financial well-being.

Skills:
In-depth knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and relevant Indian coding systems if applicable) and their impact on reimbursement.
Expertise in analyzing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advice from Indian payers to identify payment variances and denial patterns.
Thorough understanding of insurance payer rules, regulations, contract terms, and timely filing limits in India.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex billing data and identify root causes of payment issues.
