Job Description
To lead and oversee all quality assurance operations at our Chennai injection moulding facility, we are looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and technically competent Head of Department (HOD) for Quality Control (QC). In order to guarantee that all moulded plastic components continuously satisfy exacting client specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements, you will be in charge of creating, putting into place, and maintaining strong quality management systems.

Responsibilities
Set performance goals, allocate resources as efficiently as possible, and cultivate a strong quality-first culture while leading and overseeing the whole QC department.
Keep track of all quality-related records, job instructions, and processes.
To keep an eye on process capability and stability, apply and supervise statistical process control (SPC) approaches.
To stop quality issues from happening again, promote the use of efficient corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
Make sure that studies using Measurement System Analysis (MSA) are carried out when needed.

Skills:
practical experience with a range of metrology and inspection tools.
strong interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities.
proficiency in Tamil and English.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Graduation
Experience: 6+ yrs
