- Administrative Support: Assist the Production Manager with essential administrative tasks, such as managing production schedules and maintaining timesheets, to keep the production process on track.

- Labour and Stock Management: Oversee the appointment of labor and the procurement of stock, ensuring that the necessary resources are available for a smooth production process.

- Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor, providing accurate financial forecasts for the production process.

- Quality Control Oversight: Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet the required standards.

- Budget Review and Improvement: Review the production budget regularly and suggest improvement measures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Deadline Management: Ensure that all production tasks are completed on time and within deadlines, coordinating efforts to maintain timely delivery.

- Equipment Procurement and Monitoring: Procure necessary production equipment and monitor its efficiency, ensuring that all machinery functions effectively.
