Job Description
Responsibilities
Create and put into place quality control policies and processes.
Perform tests and inspections on incoming materials, production that is currently underway, and completed goods.
Analyze data to find areas that could have better and suggest modifications
Work together with the design and manufacturing teams to address quality-related concerns.
Make and keep records pertaining to quality control operations.
Analyze the fundamental cause of non-conformances and put corrective measures in place.
Perform internal audits to evaluate how well quality management systems are being followed.
Employee education on quality control methods and procedures
Take part in audits and evaluations of suppliers.
Track and document important quality performance metrics.

Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Diploma / B.E in E&I
Salary: From 15K per month
