Job Description
Responsibilities
To map the demand and manufacturing capacity and make sure there is enough supply to meet the need.
To design, develop, and validate new product and product variation processes, facilities, and tools.
To guarantee that process development tasks are finished on schedule.
To get rid of failure modes associated with processes for new and modified products.
To identify training needs and make training arrangements in order to help members become more proficient in process planning and proofing.
To collaborate closely with the operation, quality, and project teams to monitor project delivery, train team leaders and operators, and address ramp-up and quality-related concerns.
Programming for NI and PLC systems.
Installation and instruction on cameras.
Troubleshooting and knowledge of electrical hardware.
