Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor based in Chennai, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily maintenance activities of our machinery and equipment. This role will enhance your leadership skills, deepen your understanding of maintenance best practices specific to our Chennai facility, and provide you with opportunities to mentor and develop your team of maintenance technicians. You will learn to optimize maintenance schedules, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain a proactive approach to equipment reliability.

Skills:
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to effectively handle maintenance issues.
awareness of safety laws and the capacity to implement safe work procedures in an Indian maintenance environment.
It is advantageous to have a basic understanding of computers and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems).

Experience: 2 to 6 yrs
