Responsibilities:
Call patients and/or insurance companies (often outbound) to enquire about unresolved medical claims.
Investigate and examine claim rejections, underpayments, and denials in order to pinpoint the underlying reasons and put workable fixes in place.
Examine and evaluate insurance payers' explanation of benefits (EOBs) and remittance recommendations.
Examine ageing records and rank accounts according to payer policies and Indian payment timelines for prompt follow-up.
In the billing system, precisely and effectively record every conversation, activity, and result.
Negotiate payment plans with patients and/or insurance companies while abiding by Indian regulatory requirements and business policies.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
