Responsibilities:
Examine ageing reports, payment trends, and rejection trends to identify the root causes of AR issues and develop plans for their resolution.
Work with internal teams, insurance companies, and patients to look into and resolve complex claim denials, underpayments, and rejections.
To ensure accurate reimbursement, review and understand payer contracts, remittance advice, and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
To increase productivity and reduce outstanding balances, identify and implement process improvements in the AR division.
For management evaluation, prepare comprehensive reports on important metrics, trends, and AR performance.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
