Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming client calls in a timely and courteous manner.
When necessary, make outgoing calls to collect feedback, provide service updates, or conduct follow-ups.
Recognise and accurately answer consumer questions in the designated language or languages.
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and policy changes.
Effectively convey to clients the advantages of your product or service.
Identify and analyze client problems and propose effective solutions within established boundaries.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
