Job Description
Primary Task: To precisely and effectively oversee the charge entry, payment posting, and basic denial analysis phases of the medical billing process, guaranteeing prompt and comprehensive payment to healthcare providers while upholding stringent confidentiality and compliance guidelines from our Chennai office.

Responsibilities
Check that the ICD-10 diagnosis codes are accurate and that they correspond to the procedures that were carried out.
Assign payments to the appropriate service lines and patient accounts with accuracy.
Determine the first grounds for refusal on ERAs or Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Verify that every claim complies with regulatory criteria and payer-specific specifications.
Make sure that all financial and patient data are handled with the utmost confidentiality.
may help with basic insurance or patient questions about payments or bills.
Follow company rules and all healthcare compliance standards to the letter.

Required Abilities:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Strong typing speed and proficiency.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
