Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the accuracy and compliance of our medical billing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical billing regulations, coding guidelines, and quality assurance methodologies. You will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying errors, and implementing corrective actions to improve the overall quality of our billing operations.

Responsibility:
Perform routine audits of medical billing records to verify accuracy and adherence to payer requirements, HIPAA standards, and coding recommendations (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10).
Examine audit results and billing information to uncover trends and patterns.
Remember to stay informed about modifications to payer policies, coding standards, and medical billing requirements.
Help create and carry out training initiatives for billing employees.
To identify trends and patterns that result in denials, examine data on claim denials.
Collaborate with the AR group to enhance denial management procedures.
