Job Description
We are looking to add a talented and meticulous CNC programmer to our team. By developing the instructions that direct CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, you will be instrumental in turning designs into reality as a CNC programmer.

Requirements:
Create and enhance CNC programs to manage the motions of CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers) using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM).
Create precise and effective CNC programs by analysing engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models while taking surface finishes, tolerances, and material qualities into account.
To maximise machining performance, reduce cycle times, and guarantee the manufacture of high-quality parts, choose the right cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and coolants.

Skills:
Strong proficiency in using CAD/CAM software for CNC programming.
In-depth knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and tooling selection.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
