Job Description
Responsibilities
- Specifications and Mechanical Design: Develop and refine the mechanical design of equipment used in cement plants, focusing on the production of cement clinker. This involves creating detailed specifications and performing calculations to ensure the equipment meets operational requirements.

- Deliverables and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design deliverables meet the defined quality standards, adhering to both contractual and project-specific requirements. Timeliness is crucial, so designs and documentation must be released within the defined time frame.

- Defining Design Requirements: Collaborate with the Specialist Team to define requirements for new design products. This involves understanding both current and future needs and translating them into technical specifications.

- Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to colleagues, suppliers, and plant sites worldwide. This may involve troubleshooting, guidance on equipment usage, and participating in technical discussions with clients to resolve design-related issues.

- Collaboration with Specialists: Work closely with the Product Specialist and Chief Engineer to ensure designs are innovative, efficient, and aligned with industry standards and client expectations.

- Documentation and Risk Assessments: Prepare comprehensive documentation for cement plant equipment. This includes creating risk assessments, detailed drawings, technical specifications, operating instructions, and design manuals to guide the manufacturing and operational processes.

- Calculations and Design Support: Perform necessary calculations to ensure the mechanical integrity and operational efficiency of equipment and machinery parts. This includes stress analysis, load calculations, and other relevant mechanical design computations.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Automobile Engineer
