Job Description
We are seeking a very analytical and thorough data analyst to join our team in Chennai. You will need to collect, clean, analyse, and interpret complex statistics in order to identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide insightful information that guides business decisions. For this role, candidates must be proficient with data tools, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to turn data into compelling stories.

Responsibilities
Gather, purify, convert, and arrange big datasets from a variety of sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.) to guarantee data integrity and accuracy pertinent to our Chennai operations.
Use exploratory data analysis (EDA) to find correlations, trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
To effectively and succinctly communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in Chennai and beyond, create and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations using programs like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Provide data-driven answers by converting business enquiries and difficulties from Chennai's many divisions (such as sales, marketing, and operations) into analytical issues.
Make strategic decisions by using statistical techniques to evaluate data and derive insightful findings.
Track the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and report back to Chennai management on a regular basis.

Skills:
strong SQL skills for analysing, manipulating, and extracting data.
familiarity with data visualisation tools, such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
ability to analyse data using programming languages such as R or Python (with Pandas and NumPy modules).
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, together with an acute attention to detail.

Educational Qualification: Any Degree related to IT
Experience: 3+ yrs
