Responsibilities
Accurate Data Input: Enter and update data into computer systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and speed, ensuring information integrity.
Data Verification & Validation: Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency against source documents.
Record Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records and files.
Data Processing & Management: Process and manage data according to established procedures and guidelines, adhering to data entry protocols.
Error Identification & Correction: Identify, flag, and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies to maintain data quality.

Skills
Typing Proficiency (English & Tamil): Excellent typing skills in English and preferably good typing skills in Tamil to handle local data if required.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Computer Literacy: Basic to intermediate proficiency in using computer software and applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
