Responsibility:
Create, implement, and manage Java-based APIs and applications.
Write code that is clear, effective, and thoroughly documented.
Define project requirements in conjunction with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Take part in code reviews and help make the code better.
Debug and troubleshoot the current code.
Put testing frameworks into practice and use testing (unit, integration, etc.) to guarantee code quality.
