Job Description

Experience: 8 to 10 yrs

What you ll Do:
Oversee all aspects of the paint shop operations in our Chennai manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality finishes, and adherence to production schedules.
Manage and optimize the use of paint materials, chemicals, and consumables, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste in our Chennai facility, while adhering to local environmental regulations.
Troubleshoot painting defects and process issues, implementing effective corrective actions and preventive measures to maintain high-quality output in our Chennai paint shop.
Manage inventory levels of paint materials and consumables, ensuring timely availability and minimizing stockouts in our Chennai plant.
Evaluate and implement new painting technologies, equipment, and materials to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs in our Chennai paint shop.
Develop and maintain documentation related to painting processes, material specifications, and quality control procedures specific to our Chennai operations.

What you need:
Strong understanding of quality standards, defect analysis, and process optimization methodologies in paint shop operations.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and develop a skilled paint shop team in Chennai.
