Job Description
Keep an eye on past-due accounts and handle them to guarantee that unpaid bills are collected on schedule.
Follow up with clients by phone, email, and in person to settle any outstanding balances and follow up on any inconsistencies.
Ensure that the company's accounting system has accurate and current records of client interactions and payment status.
Prepare and provide the management team with reports on a regular basis regarding account status, payment trends, and collection progress.
Look into and promptly settle any complaints or problems related to payments.
To guarantee effective communication and prompt resolution of account-related issues.
DBA Certificate is MUST
Role: Field Executive - Collection Process
Qualification: Any basic degree
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Salary: 20k per month + Incentives
