Job Description
To join our medical billing team, we are looking for a highly qualified and driven Quality Assurance Analyst. You will be essential to maintaining the correctness and compliance of medical claims as well as enhancing the general calibre of our billing processes as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

What you will do:
Quality Audits: Conduct audits of medical records, coding, and billing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, HIPAA).
Error Identification & Resolution: Identify and investigate coding errors, billing errors, and other discrepancies. Conduct root cause analysis to determine the origin of errors.
Data Analysis: Analyze audit findings, identify trends and patterns in errors, and generate reports on quality performance.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes.

What we need:
Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance reimbursement procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
