Job Description
To join our Revenue Cycle Management team, we are looking for a Demo Entry Specialist that is very driven and meticulous. Prior to patient visits, you will be responsible for accurately and promptly entering insurance information and patient details into our electronic health record (EHR) system as a Demo Entry Specialist.

What you will do:
Enter insurance details, patient demographics, and other pertinent data into the EHR system with accuracy.
Check that the patient data is correct and comprehensive.
Find and fix any inconsistencies or mistakes in the data entry.
Make and verify appointments for patients.
Before appointments, confirm the patient's eligibility and insurance coverage.

What we need:
high degree of data entry speed and accuracy.
excellent attention to detail and the capacity to spot and fix mistakes.
proficiency with computers and related software programs, such as practice management software, EHR systems, and spreadsheets (Excel).
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to work well with patients and other healthcare team members.
