Job Description
To guarantee the precision and effectiveness of our medical billing procedures, we are looking for a QA Analyst who is thorough and detail-oriented. Finding and fixing invoicing problems, streamlining processes, and guaranteeing adherence to industry rules are all crucial tasks for the QA analyst.

Responsibility:

Create and carry out test cases and test plans for medical billing software and procedures, paying particular attention to areas such as reporting, rejection handling, payment posting, and claim submission.
Perform comprehensive testing of billing systems, encompassing user acceptability testing (UAT), regression testing, and functional testing.
Use a bug tracking system to find, record, and monitor errors and inconsistencies in billing information and procedures.
Examine billing data to find trends and error patterns that can help enhance the process.
