Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our medical billing processes. The QA Analyst will play a critical role in identifying and resolving billing errors, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans and test cases for medical billing software and processes.
Conduct thorough testing of billing systems, including claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.
Identify, document, and track defects and discrepancies in billing data and processes.
Analyze billing data to identify trends and patterns of errors.
Collaborate with billing staff, developers, and management to resolve issues and implement improvements.
