Job Description
Responsibilities
Create and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy;

Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications;

Analyze jobs and tasks to record objectives and requirements;

Prepare recruitment materials and publish positions to relevant job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.

Find and hire applicants through social media, databases, etc.

Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;

screening resumes and job applications; conducting interviews with candidates using a variety of trustworthy recruiting and selection tools/methods to narrow the pool of candidates on time;

onboarding new hires to ensure full integration; Keep an eye on and implement HR hiring best practices.
