Responsibilities
Make frequent trips to plot designs, individual homes, apartments, and medical facilities to interact in person with possible clients.
Establish and develop relationships with layout promoters that may result in marketing opportunities by meeting with them.
To optimise visibility, choose and reserve prime positions for HA Designs' advertising boards.
Assume responsibility for the designated area and make sure that all marketing initiatives are carried out efficiently.
Keep an eye on and report on the effectiveness of the zone's marketing initiatives.
Make sure that advertising boards and marketing materials are kept in good shape.
Compile and record prospective clients' and promoters' contact details.
To turn leads into possible business possibilities, follow up on leads that were created by field operations.
