Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily production processes: Organize and manage the production engineering processes on a daily basis to ensure efficient operations and the production of high-quality products that meet company standards.
- Develop process improvements: Implement strategies and improvements to optimize the use of equipment, materials, and resources, maximizing production efficiency and reducing waste.
- Monitor and update production and quality control records: Track and document daily production outputs and quality control performance, ensuring that the records reflect real-time data for analysis and decision-making.
- Work allocation: Assign tasks to operators on a shift-wise and day-wise basis, ensuring that production targets are met while balancing workloads across shifts.
- Identify and report unsafe operations: Proactively identify unsafe working conditions or practices and report them to the Manager immediately, ensuring timely resolution to prevent accidents or hazards.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations: Develop and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safeguarding the well-being of employees on the shop floor.
- Provide engineering support: Offer technical and engineering assistance for both production and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
- Minimize WIP stock: Work to maintain minimal work-in-progress (WIP) stock levels as per company guidelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and streamlined production.
- Ensure compliance with IMS and 5S standards: Ensure that the shop floor complies with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and 5S requirements, fostering a well-organized, clean, and efficient workplace.
- Conduct engineering analysis: Perform detailed engineering analyses to identify and reduce production downtime, outages, and inefficiencies, optimizing operations across the production floor.
- Evaluate and improve production activities: Continuously assess current production activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing recommendations to enhance overall efficiency, output, and quality.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
Salary: Based on Previous experience
