Job description:

Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks, into trucks or storage facilities. The Operator must ensure safety and efficiency in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport goods and materials.
Load and unload materials from trucks and deliveries and stack or store them in designated areas.
Inspect and maintain forklifts and other equipment, performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues.
Keep accurate records of materials moved and maintain inventory control.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with other tasks as needed, including packing, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
