For our medical billing team in Chennai, we are looking for a dedicated and results-driven AR Caller. To guarantee prompt payment, you will be in charge of aggressively pursuing unresolved medical claims with insurance providers. The ideal applicant will have outstanding communication and negotiating abilities, a solid grasp of payer policies and medical billing procedures, and the capacity to function well in a goal-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact insurance companies via phone to follow up on outstanding medical claims for our Chennai-based clients.
Effectively communicate with payers to inquire about claim status, understand reasons for denials, and initiate resolution processes.
Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system accurately and thoroughly.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and collection goals.
Follow up on appeals and ensure timely processing of reconsidered claims.

What you Need:
Thorough knowledge of insurance payer rules, regulations, and timely filing limits in India.
Ability to analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advice from Indian payers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve claim issues.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls and follow-up tasks efficiently.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
