Professionally and sympathetically respond to patient billing questions by outlining costs, insurance coverage, and available payment methods.
Respect HIPAA requirements by keeping Protected Health Information (PHI) strictly confidential.
Create and deliver reports on rejection patterns, outstanding accounts, and billing performance.
