JD:
Key Responsibilities
Set up, dial, clamp, and align jobs accurately on the VMC machine bed.
Load and execute CNC programs as per job requirements.
Set and maintain tool offsets and work offsets.
Operate single or multiple machines based on job cycle time.
Perform in-process and final inspection of job dimensions using measuring instruments.
Carry out deburring and finishing of machined components.
Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and daily checks.
Complete assigned workload as per production plan with required quality.
Ensure programmed cycle time matches actual machining time.
Immediately report breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor and coordinate for service support.
Minimize downtime and ensure maximum machine utilization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15k to 25k per month
