The ideal applicant will be highly analytical, highly detail-oriented, have a solid grasp of the medical billing lifecycle, and be able to communicate clearly in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough and frequent audits of medical billing claims at different revenue cycle phases.
Work together with trainers and team leads to determine training needs and reoccurring errors.
Examine trends and high-quality data to determine the underlying reasons for mistakes and inefficiencies in processes.
Keep thorough and precise records of all audit results, comments given, and remedial measures implemented.
Verify that all quality assurance procedures follow business guidelines and industry standards.

What you Need:
Proficiency in using medical billing software and various payer portals.
Experience with quality monitoring tools and methodologies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English for reporting and feedback.
