Responsibilities:
Determine opportunities for cost, quality, lead time, and safety improvement as well as bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current production processes.
Assist production managers and operators with technical support and direction to address everyday manufacturing problems and maximise equipment performance.
To establish a safe workplace, carry out risk assessments and put safety precautions in place.
Use data analytics to find patterns and areas that could use ongoing development.
Give factory workers and junior engineers instruction and guidance on new machinery, procedures, and efficiency strategies.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile
