Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Press Tool Operator based in Chennai, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various press machines (mechanical, hydraulic) to form metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role will significantly enhance your understanding of metal stamping processes, tool setup procedures specific to press operations in Chennai, and quality control measures.

Skills:
Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications related to pressed components.
Strong knowledge of various press machines (mechanical, hydraulic) and their operational controls.
Understanding of different metal forming processes (blanking, piercing, bending, deep drawing, etc.).
Ability to set up press tools and dies accurately according to setup sheets and instructions.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
