Job Description
To expand our medical billing team, we are looking for a driven and capable Demo Entry Executive. You will precisely convert doctor's paperwork into billable charges in our practice management system in this crucial position.

What you will do:
Accurately enter patient charges and demographics into the practice management system based on medical documentation (typically from dictation or transcription).
Verify the accuracy of patient information, coding, and charges.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and coding guidelines.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the revenue cycle.

What we need:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of medical terminology.
Proficiency in data entry and use of computer systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
