We are looking for a Charge Entry Executive in Chennai who is efficient and meticulous to join our medical billing team. You will be in charge of accurately and promptly entering patient costs, diagnoses, treatments, and demographics into our medical billing system. Our billing procedure is built around this vital position, which necessitates exacting attention to detail and a firm grasp of the fundamentals of medical coding.

Responsibilities
Review patient charts, encounter forms, and other clinical documentation to identify and extract relevant information for accurate charge entry.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in patient documentation, collaborating with relevant teams to obtain necessary details.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in data entry to meet established targets.
Adhere strictly to established charge entry guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly production and accuracy goals.
Assist with other data entry or administrative tasks as required by the billing department.

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in using computers and medical billing software/electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and preferably Tamil.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
