Documentation Analysis: Examine medical records to make sure that charges and codes are assigned correctly.
Coding Verification: Work with experts in coding to confirm the correctness of the code and address inconsistencies.
Adherence to Compliance: Verify adherence to HIPAA rules and other pertinent directives.
Data entry: Enter patient data and costs into the billing system accurately.
