Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HCC Medical Coder to join our team. As an HCC Medical Coder, you will play a crucial role in accurately coding patient medical records to ensure appropriate reimbursement for healthcare services.

Requirements:
Review medical records to accurately identify and code diagnoses using the Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) system.
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of HCC codes to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
Stay updated on the latest coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices, including ICD-10-CM, CMS guidelines, and payer specific rules
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of coding activities, including documentation of coding decisions and justifications

Skills:
in-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines
Proficiency in identifying and coding diagnoses using the Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) system
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in coding and documentation

Role: HCC Medical Coder
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
