Job Description
Responsibilities
Accurately assign Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) codes to patient records based on documented conditions and treatments.
Utilize ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes to accurately reflect patient risk.
Ensure accurate and complete coding of medical records to maximize reimbursement and risk adjustment scores.
Thoroughly review medical records, including physician notes, lab results, and other relevant documentation, to identify and code all relevant conditions.
Adhere to all relevant coding guidelines, regulations, and payer policies related to HCC coding.
Stay updated on changes to ICD-10-CM and HCC coding guidelines

Role: HCC Coder
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
No of Vacancies: 6
Salary: from 30K per month and it can be negotiated
