Job Description
We are looking to add a highly motivated and careful Payment Posting Executive to our Revenue Cycle Management team. One of the most important duties of a Payment Posting Executive is to ensure that payments from patients and insurance companies are posted correctly and on time.

What you will do:
Accurate posting of payouts to patient accounts is required for insurance companies, third-party payers, and patients.
Enter payment information appropriately in the practice management system.
Reconcile daily payment batches and confirm posting accuracy.
By examining payment patterns, you can find any potential issues or areas that need work.

What we need:
excellent accuracy and speed of data entry.
outstanding attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.
the ability to analyse data, identify anomalies, and resolve payment posting issues.
Outstanding planning and time management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
A basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
