Job Description
Accurately and quickly entering patient and insurance company payments into the billing system will be the responsibility of the Payment Posting Executive. Careful attention to detail, a solid grasp of medical billing procedures, and the capacity to balance payments and claims are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities
Accurately post payments received from various sources (e.g., checks, electronic fund transfers (EFTs), credit card payments) into the designated medical billing system
Balance and reconcile daily payment batches and prepare deposit summaries.
Investigate and resolve unapplied payments and overpayments.
Communicate with the billing and AR teams regarding payment-related issues and discrepancies.
Follow established payment posting procedures and guidelines.
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Skills:
Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Proficiency in using medical billing software and payment posting systems.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
